Seeking a broker for the CRI-ONE portfolio
An invitation to intermediaries, advisory firms, and principals prepared to transact at scale.
To qualified brokers, intermediaries, advisory firms, and principals prepared to transact at scale,
I am writing publicly because the opportunity I am offering is unusual enough that it deserves to be met in the open.
Over the past fifteen years I have built CRI-ONE — a single-inventor portfolio of more than forty distinct invention programs spanning semiconductors, energy, communications, aerospace, health, and data systems. The work is documented in the public record since 2010 and backed by United States patent filings dating to 2012, including active applications filed this year. It is not a slide deck. At cri-one.com the portfolio carries buildable deliverables — schematics, specifications, bills of materials, integrated-circuit design libraries, and licensed research — that a buyer or partner can evaluate directly.
The opportunityWhat I am offering to broker is the sale, large-scale licensing, joint venture, or capitalization of this portfolio — whole or in structured parts — in a transaction I am positioning in the range of $1 trillion to $10 trillion. That figure reflects the breadth of the work and the ambition of the outcome I am prepared to negotiate; the precise structure and price are exactly what the right partner will help establish and defend.
The opportunityWhat I am offering to broker is the sale, large-scale licensing, joint venture, or capitalization of this portfolio — whole or in structured parts — as a single, landmark, institutional-scale transaction. I have deliberately left the headline figure open: rather than anchoring a number in advance, I would prefer the right partner help establish the valuation the work can genuinely support and defend.
The requestI am asking for a broker, agent, or advisory firm to represent this portfolio and carry it to the counterparties capable of transacting at this level — sovereign, institutional, and strategic. I am open to a standard success-fee or commission engagement, and I equally welcome introductions and invitations from firms already equipped to intermediate deals of this size.
The partnerWhat I am looking for is genuine reach into institutional and sovereign capital, the discretion to handle a sensitive portfolio, and the integrity to represent it honestly — as a documented, patent-pending, first-to-market body of work, described in plain terms and never oversold. First to market here means a documented public-offering record, not a determination of patent priority; I would rather state that plainly than let anyone infer more.
To engageI am reachable by email and prepared to move in measured steps: a mutual non-disclosure agreement, a guided review of the deliverables, and a term sheet. If you broker transactions at this level — or you know precisely who does — I invite you to reach out.
I built this alone, in the open. I intend to close it the same way — in partnership with someone who can carry it the last mile.
