AutoPhi V19-Pinnacle — AQCHS Series

An architecture concept for a quantum-classical hybrid processor family, restated under the CRI-One honesty standard.

SUSPENDED — drafted before reading the engineering (Part III methodology violation) This draft was written from the storefront wrapper alone, without reading the AQCHS engineering chain beneath it — the exact audit error documented and retracted in autophi-quantum-battery-essay-part-3.html ("the right answer to 'is this real?' is sometimes 'I haven't read enough yet'"). It is suspended pending a full read of the V19 engineering artifacts. Nothing in it should be treated as a finding.

1. Restatements (the redaction pen applied)

Visionary claim	Honest restatement
"100.00 YFLOPS peak throughput"	A tier name, like Quetta in the PhantasmPhi line — never a measurement. 10²⁶ FLOPS is ~10⁸× today's largest exascale systems (~1–2 EFLOPS, TOP500 2025). No basis exists for stating it as a rating; it is retracted as a specification and retained only as the series' aspirational name-scale.
"100.0% gate fidelity"	Retracted as stated: perfect gate fidelity is not achievable in a physical device. Restated as a research target of ≥ 99.9% (two-qubit gate records in trapped ions and superconducting qubits sit near 99.9%; e.g. Ballance et al. 2016).
"100,000 logical qubits (700,000 physical)"	A roadmap-scale target. Publicly demonstrated systems are at the ~10³-physical-qubit class with logical-qubit demonstrations in the tens; a 7:1 physical:logical ratio assumes error-correction overheads far below current surface-code practice (~10²–10³:1). Restated as a Stage-4+ aspiration contingent on major published QEC advances.
"550-layer / 500-layer stack"	Restated per the project-21 "Mistakes Removed" record: 500-layer un-synthesizable tops were retired from the portfolio. The defensible ladder is the PhantasmPhi Deposition-Strata roadmap (≈40 → ≈96 mask layers, GENERATIONS.md); "550" survives only as visionary-tier naming.
"DNA storage 21.50 EB/mm³ · molecular logic on-die"	Laboratory DNA storage is real at research scale (Church et al. 2012, ~PB/gram class); on-die synthetic-DNA compute integrated with 1.5 nm CMOS is speculative and restated as an exploratory research thread, not a shipping subsystem.
"Synthesis, P&R, DRC/LVS scripts with passing reports"	Restated as earnable: the license ships the DIY-GDSII forge path proven in the PhantasmPhi line (2026-08-21: real OpenLane2 place-and-route, routing closed at zero violations, dual streamout, XOR-matched) — the buyer generates the reports themselves, verifiably, from the RTL that is the only thing for sale.
"No prior art can invalidate the claims"	Retracted: no one can warrant that. Restated: the architecture's public documentation trail (2010, Internet Archive) and filings (2012+) establish priority dates; their legal effect is for counsel and examiners, not sales copy.

2. What the engineering record actually contains

The house executes — that part is witnessed, not claimed. The CRI-One Witnessed tier (PhantasmPhi / PhantomCore, Projects 83–84) carries measured, hash-anchored results: RTL proof batteries passing, 40,514-cell SKY130 mapping reproduced four times, a full place-and-route run with zero routing violations, and a SHA-256 witness chain over every shipped file. The V19-Pinnacle vision rides on that demonstrated capability — the vision is aspiration; the capability is fact.

3. Open questions a reviewer would ask

Cryogenic co-integration: transmon qubits at 15 mK beside a 235 W classical die — what is the thermal isolation model?
QEC overhead: what decoder and code distance justify a 7:1 physical:logical ratio against current 10²–10³:1 practice?
Node access: A16/18A-class PDKs are NDA-gated; what is the credible path for a licensee to engage a leading-edge foundry?
Independent validation: which partner institution would measure any stage's results on independent equipment?

A Stage-0 license conveys the prospectus, the honest companion, and dialogue with the inventor. It does not convey a functioning quantum-classical supercomputer, because one does not yet exist.

The RTL and documentation are the only things for sale; patents and pending applications remain the inventor's.
All performance figures above Stage-gate evidence are targets, not specifications; the restatements on this page govern over any conflicting sales copy.
