The GDSII Generator Standalone CD converts foundry delivery package specifications into valid binary GDSII version 6 files with die outline, power ring, and proper structure — compatible with Cadence, Synopsys, and every standard foundry toolchain. Works with any FOUNDRY_DELIVERY_PACKAGE_* folder containing a SPECIFICATIONS subfolder. Failsafe by design: progress checkpointing so an interrupted run resumes rather than restarts, append-only audit logging, an independent verification pass that shares no code path with the generator, and an environment checker that diagnoses a broken Python install before a batch begins. Python 3.6+, zero third-party dependencies, Windows / Linux / macOS, air-gap capable, ships as a burnable CD image with Windows autorun. No foundry package is included. Base, No IP.
